Since there is non such perfect government I have decided to create one. Unfortunately it exists only in my head. My government would be run like a business.
It would be separated into departments consisting of health, foods, upkeep, safety, judicial, education, energy, foreign, validation and reserves.
The Health Department would consist of ensuring that each person receive adequate medical care, nutrition, and preventatives.
People who prefer vitamins and alternative care will also receive benefits of choice.
Attention to cures and isolating sources instead of masking complaints.
The health department will work closely with all other departments to ensure the environment is kept clean of dangerous chemicals and toxins.
Dangerous drugs would not be available and care would be taken to approve only that which can be benefited.
The department will work closely with State leader to ensure the health of it's people.

The Foods Surplus Department would be to ensure that every persons drinking water is clean and toxic free. That all foods were available to be organic, natural foods at a decent affordable price.
It would encourage foods grown in the US and support farmers and independents to supply healthy vitamin full resources.
It would encourage health and fitness and work in conjunction with the health department.
It would work with the leaders of the States to support the activity.

The Maintenance/Upkeep Department would involve maintenance of all roads, beeches, natural environments, bridges, etc., In other words it would take care of the land.
All buildings would be kept in good repair, free from harmful chemicals, toxins, erosion and safe. It would work closely with the leaders of the States to ensure they do their part.
Will work closely with State leaders to ensure all states are in good order.

Safety would ensure that military personnel were trained and able to react in disasters. It would ensure that the police are trained to help not just take into custody. To teach them that they can find solutions for problems and assist people in need and to provide the solutions.
They would ensure that both military and police are educated in the simple laws and good communication skills. They would receive good training on handling people so that it was not necessary to go to war or use force.
The department would provide common sense security measures for the protection of the country and train in disaster relief.
They would work closely with the leaders of the States and ensure they are complying with the goals.

The Ethics/Judical Department would over see the legal aspect of our nation. Included would be the actual rehabilitation of the incarcarated and provide adequate education training to perform the function.
It would uphold all the simple laws that have been clearly defined and within the constitution. It would ensure that all learn the laws and can apply them easily.
The laws would be basic common sense rules that people can abide by.
It would work closely with leaders of States to ensure the safety and solutions are provided for people in need.
Statistic would be negative, working toward a positive 0 and would include amount of handling's.
The Education Department ensures the education system allows each child or adult to be able to learn at their own pace. That no labels are put on a child or person. It provides simple learning techniques that encourage the knowledge of application of the subjects learned.
It makes education affordable and within reach of everyone. It provides the materials necessary to learn and the buildings are safe and an enjoyable environment.
Teachers are trained to accept all learning speeds and abilities.
The department works closely with State leaders to provide excellence in education.

Our Energy Department would ensure clean non toxic forms of energy that does not harm our environment or our health.
It protects the environment and does not take from the beauty of the country or harm wildlife.
The department would ensure that it is kept affordable and is in easy access.
It has goals of putting solar/alternative energy in each household and business and offers funding for homes and business making each person independent of the government and support.

The Foreign Department money is given only when there is money in the budget at the beginning of the year and our needs are met.
Our foreign aid policy is such that we have a yearly budget of x amount of dollars that is voted on by the people where, who and how much it helps.
These funds are allocated strictly for the aid of a countries people and only when that country showed that they could not help their own people.
There would not be aid to help in a war and no arms would be exchanged.
The funding is approved by the people to where it goes and helps.
Once the funding is depleted there is no more for that year.
They would be trained in good communication skills and alternatives to war.
Would work closely with leaders of States and encourage voting on monies spent.

Validation Department is responsible for validating the statistics and auditing the monies spent.
They would not be part of the government but that of a separate department set up by the people.
Employment, housing and building would be under the individual States leaders to provide.
Reserves are what our country rely's on when a major catastrophe strikes. The money would go to helping people in our country regain their communities. For instance Katrina victims would get funding to help rebuild building, homes and lives.

Our leader, who is someone that we look up to and respect, he allocates monies to each department and expects the goals of each department to have high statistics in favor of the goals.
He does not get involved in anything else. His post is easily defined and not complex. He rules the departments and is ultimately responsible for them.
He ensures the health, wealth, education, and needs are met and provides us with an environment that keeps our planet in tact. He does not take us to war but promotes peace and gentle actions in order that we may all live together in harmony with each other.
He is an opinion leader and other countries emulate our system and also promote peace.
The money he receives from his people comes from taxes on goods bought but not from food, health, education or energy.
We are not taxed on our homes or our wages.
Monies are then dispersed by percentage to the departments.
We have excess amounts and each department has reserves in excess.
When reserves are met people who have obeyed the laws and have contributed to the betterment of society are rewarded by additional tax breaks for certain amounts.
Okay, okay, it's only a dream.........
