Birth Control So, the latest and greatest from our government is to put a stop to contraceptives. Bush is proposing a new regulation to stop Doctors and Health clinics from giving birth control to women who need it. (wouldn't that mean just about everyone) Included in the regulation they need to certify that they will hire nurses and providers who object to abortion or contraception in order to get the federal funding. (don't think there would be too many of those) I don't know about you but this is taking things just way too far. Where does it say that the government can take away our rights and decided what is best for us? Who made him God? I mean come on do you really think this is going to work? You mean the whole of the US is going to stop having sex? Teen pregnancy would go out the roof! If Bush wants women to have unplanned children then he can surely take care of them.
